We are pleased to announce that Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop are partnering with British Council Lebanon and Hospitalfield House on a residency programme to offer the opportunity for two artists from Lebanon to participate in a four-week residency in Scotland between 8 August and 5 September, 2022.

Since late 2021 ESW members have been collaborating on The Bell Project a series of multi-disciplinary responses to the history and symbolic significance of bells.

We are delighted to welcome Gediminas Akstinas to Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop for his Funded Residency which was postponed by the pandemic. Gediminas will be in residence at ESW producing new work for the next 6 weeks.
The Research Space Members Space is on the left side of the Research Space (with the social space on the right side of the room, separated by moveable screens).
Available to current Members of ESW and included as a benefit of Membership.
Ideal for: documentation, installing and testing work in a space, clean working, meetings.
Professional lighting available on request.
Maximum time that can be booked: 1 full day (2 Sessions). If you would like to request a longer booking, please email office@edinburghsculpture.org.
Clean working space with 4 natural plywood plinths, 2 white plinths, free wifi, overhead window lights that can be blacked out. Professional lighting also available on request.
As this space that is shared with the adjacent social space, it is important that activities should not produce dust, fumes or noise.
