This three-session course explores approaches to drawing and illustrating images on clay. Participants will experiment with hand-built forms and painted and drawn surfaces using underglazes, focusing on texture, layering, and image-making. The course encourages an exploratory approach to mark-making and surface design, considering how imagery can interact with form. Finished work will be glazed and fired.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience interested in ceramic surface practices.
