A woodcarving workshop where you will create small hand-held objects from branches. Working without power tools is a calm, focused practice that requires gentle concentration. You will discover working in 3D with ease and experience the dialogue between hand tools and wood.
The day begins with getting familiar with tools and timber selection, then moves on to developing your own designs, with plenty of examples provided. Suitable for beginners and experienced carvers alike.
