Call for Studio Applications

We are inviting applications for two Shared and Solo Studios at ESW, from artists working within contemporary sculpture practice.

Deadline for applications: 29 January 2025

Studio and Membership Costs:

Shared Studio: Studio rent £112.00 per month per studio holder, plus Membership (£5.00 / £4.00 per month)
Solo Studio: Studio rent £159.00 per month plus Membership (£5.00 / £4.00 per month)

Studio Holder Benefits: 24 hour access, free access to Sessions in bookable shared workspaces including specialist workshops (additional machine costs, consumables and kiln firings are charged), Wi-Fi, tailored artist opportunities.

Facilities include: Dedicated Metal, Wood, Casting, Plaster and Ceramics Workshops plus covered outdoor Bays for stone carving and other processes.

As Members, Studio Holders also have access to ESW’s Research Space for documentation / testing work, and ESW runs regular metal casting opportunities in aluminium and bronze, and receive a monthly Opportunities Newsletter.

If you want to additionally share video or audio, please provide a link (with password if needed). Max. duration 5 minutes. Max. total email attachment is 10MB. Please title your pdf: “FirstNameLastName_StudioAppYear.pdf”.
