Sophie Hall joins ESW as Learning Trainee

ESW is delighted to welcome Sophie Hall as Learning Trainee. 

Following a successful open call and inspiring interviews with shortlisted candidates, we are looking forward to working with Sophie Hall in the new role of Learning Trainee, which will be important to our forthcoming engagement work.

Sophie recently completed her MA in Contemporary Art Practice at Edinburgh College of Art and was a recipient of the ECA/ESW Award in 2025. Her work explores perception and materiality, using found materials to create playful sculptural compositions that blur the line between object and image.

Over the next 10 months, Sophie will support our Schools and Sculpture Saturdays programme.
