Public Courses Programme 2025 open for booking!

Welcome to our 2025 Public Courses Programme!  

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our public courses programme for this year, starting in April 2025!  

Whether you’re new to sculpting or an experienced maker, we offer a range of courses led by artists, giving you the opportunity to explore and develop your creative skills. 

This year’s courses include: 

• Wood Carving 

• Stone Carving 

• Clay Portraiture 

• Introduction to Slip Casting with Parian 

• Explorations in Assemblage Sculpture  

Our courses are open to all levels and are designed to help you experiment with sculptural methods, learn new techniques, and create your own artwork. Most sessions will take place in our Courtyard and Outdoor Learning Studio, with additional indoor space available in the North Labs. All our spaces are fully accessible. 

Pricing & Discounts: We aim to make our courses accessible to everyone. You can book at the standard course fee or choose a concession rate if you are a student, over 60, or in receipt of benefits.

Payment Options:
We understand that financial situations vary. If paying in instalments (2 or 3 payments) would help, please email us at office@edinburghsculpture.org to arrange this. 

Supported Places:
We try to keep fees affordable but, if the course cost is a barrier to you, we may be able to offer financial support. Please contact us for more details on the application process.
