Join us in the courtyard on 9 August 2025, 7 – 9pm, to celebrate the launch our two Summer Commissions, Beachheads, by Louise Gibson and Love in the Ecotone by Megan Rudden. Refreshments served. Open to All.

and on Sunday 24 August 2 – 4pm join us for an Afternoon of Readings: Love in the Ecotone & Beachheads.

Step into the worlds of Love in the Ecotone and Beachheads through two unique literary responses from acclaimed writers Jenni Fagan and Megan Rudden.

This special afternoon features live readings of their newly commissioned texts, inspired by the exhibitions Love in the Ecotone by Megan Rudden and Beachheads by Louise Gibson.

Everyone is welcome – especially families!
Come explore, listen and be moved by words and ideas shaped by art and imagination.

Free – no booking required.

Louise Gibson: Beachheads and Megan Rudden: Love in the Ecotone are presented by ESW as part of Edinburgh Art Festival which runs from 7 – 24 August 2024.
