Funded & Graduate Residencies at ESW 2019-2020 – Now Closed

OPEN CALL for Funded and Graduate Residencies at ESW

Deadline Tuesday 30 April 2019, at 11.59pm

The Funded Residency are designed for UK and international artists who graduated before 2017. The residency period is six weeks, either January-February 2020 or March-April 2020, four places are available. The selectors are artists Haroon Mirza, Sarah Pierce and Ross Robertson (ESW Member) with Lesley Young (ESW Programme Co-ordinator).

You can apply for one of our Graduate Residencies if you are a 2019, 2018 or 2017 graduate from undergrad and postgrad courses at any Scottish college. The residency period for the two Graduate Residencies is three months, November 2019 – January 2020. The selectors for this residency are artists Katie Paterson (ESW Studio Holder) and Quinn Garrison with Lesley Young (ESW Programme Co-ordinator). We are very grateful to the two supporters of the Graduate Residencies without whom we would not be able to provide these two places: The Fenton Arts Trust and Edinburgh College of Art.
