Paloma Proudfoot graduated from Edinburgh College of Art BA Sculpture in 2014 and is currently based in London.
Since graduating Proudfoot has exhibited in Edinburgh, at the Embassy Gallery (Self Storage, 2015) and the Royal Scottish Academy (New Contemporaries, 2015), and in London at Auto Italia (Opti-Me, 2014) and the Fleming Collection (New Scottish Artists, 2015). In September, Proudfoot will begin her MA in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art.
Proudfoot also works collaboratively with Stasis Company, as their co-artistic director with choreographer Aniela Piasecka. Recent performances have been at Inverleith House (Où est la —– cachée dans la forêt?, 2014), the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (À Table, 2014) and the Glasgow Open House Festival (Angel Beach, 2015). Stasis will be performing their latest work 1-7 June at The Number Shop, Edinburgh.
