17 May 2019, 6 – 8pm          CI Labs: Sound and Vision. Free but pleas book tickets here.

We are holding two events with the Creative Informatics programme this month.

John Morrison and Inge Panneels from Napier University will lead an afternoon workshop open to anyone with an interest in learning more about 3D scanning of artefacts, sculptures and spaces. The evening’s CI Lab event offers a chance to learn more about the Creative Informatics programme, with talks and demonstrations from artists and academics that are using data and new technologies in their creative practice.

The Creative Informatics programme is a partnership between the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University, Codebase and Creative Edinburgh that aims to help creatives and cultural organisations explore and better understand how data-driven technologies can be used to enhance their work.
